Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Spectrum Disorder
I am 22 years old and male. I often experience heavy shivering and waters shed from my eyes when i talk with someone with anguish which causes full stammering in my voice making my words not clear to the listener. I experience the same when i am anxious , my words stumble heavily . Also when i was explaining something to someone ( for example an interviewer or my colleague ) my body shiver . This is not related to something related to stage fear because i perform good at stages infront of 100 people also . Provide me a solution please .This is affecting my body language and making me physically weak at times.
Drugs and relaxation therapies are needed.

Hello
Welcome to HCM.
You have symptoms of shivering and stammering of voice, especially while talking to others.
Your description suggest that you suffer from some anxiety spectrum disorder.
But before establishing a concrete a diagnosis, i would like to know some more things from you:
1. Hows your mood most of the time in a day since last 1-2months?
2. Are there any other situations or precipitants of your symptoms?
3. Do you have any other medical illness ( e.g. thyroid disorder, diabetes, asthma, heart disease etc.)? Or is there any family history of some medical/psychiatric illness?
4. Do you smoke or take alcohol? Any other drug addiction?
5. Is your anxiety situational or remains for whole day?
6. Are you taking any medicines previously?
The answers to these questions would help better to reach to a diagnosis.
Regarding treatment for anxiety disorder, there are drugs like paroxetine, escitalopram.
Also there are psychotherapies like behaviour therapy and cognitive behaviour therapies and relaxation techniques like deep breathing and meditation, which are helpful.
Please consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.
Hope this helps you.

Thanks for posting the details.
As your anxiety is mostly situational, I don't feel that a regular drug treatment would be required.
You just have to identify the situations which usually make you anxious. Inderal tablet is usually indicated for situational anxiety. It can be taken almost half an hour before you are going to face or expecting an anxiety-provoking situation.
Other than that, you must learn and practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation or yoga. You can visit a psychotherapist for biofeedback and muscle relaxation techniques. These therapies have wonderful results in general.
A positive-self talk, time management and problem-solving attitude will also help.
Hope this information proves useful for you.
I wish you good health.
Thanks.
