Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The condition that you are having is basically phobia. This is a disorder of anxiety and occurs cause of imbalance of certain neurotransmitters in the brain. especially serotonin, nor adrenaline, and dopamine to some extent. Medicines are the best options to take care of these symptoms. Paroxetine is the the most popular medicine and my drug of choice. I generally prescribe my patients 12.5 mg per day at night which takes care of anxiety symptoms. Also certain medicines like propranolol and clonazepam can be give as required when there is a panic episode or expected situation where panic attack can appear.
Also systematic desensitization can help in reducing the symptoms of phobia. This may be tried by a clinical psychologist. If your appetite is too low, then they may consider getting your admitted. But if your weight is 107 pounds at 5 4', then mostly they may not admit you and instead go ahead with an out patient treatment.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Not eating well for a few days can be bad as it may lead to nutritional deficiencies and also poor immunity.
Forceful admission is done when not eating has led to deterioration of your health to such an extent that it may be fatal for you. IN your case it is not so and hence there would not be any forceful admission.
