Brief Answer:
home remedies; psychological therapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

You are suffering from lot of anxiety.

I have some suggestions which will help you:

1. Practice relaxation exercises like slow and deep breathing and meditation.

2. When the heart rate is fast, drink a glass of cold water or simple coughing can help to control heart beat.

3. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits.

4. Psychological treatments like biofeedback and progressive muscle relaxation therapy can also help to stay calm. A psychologist/psychiatrist can help you in this.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to discuss further.

Take care.
Thanks.
