
Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

Question: Dear sir,
this is regarding my mental worries. I always think that if i feel happy i may get in to problems . So i keep myself always worry. Please help me to avoid this

But if you have then I would strongly suggest you find a good Therapist who can teach you anxiety management techniques like Biofeedback. Believe it or not, even yoga and meditation have medical evidence behind them in the management of stress and Anxiety issues.
