Suggest Treatment For Aphthous Ulcer

Question: I am suffering from pain in tongue below and marginally. local ENT doctor consulted and diagnosed as Apthous Ulcer. I am 22yrs old man.I am taking multivitamin tablet and metronidazole gel. What to do more?

Use syrup mucaingel before meal -it will reduce pain .

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
syrup mucaingel 2 spoon 10 min before meal -it will reduce pain ,
syrup zincovit 2 spoon after meal & tab limcee twice daily for early healing .

Continue metronidazole gel . Avoid any addiction .

You will get early relief .

I have seen your picture . It look like Canker sore on tongue .
No need to worry .

Follow above treatment plan , you will get relief within 10 days.

If there is no relief with 10 days treatment plan , tongue biopsy & pathological examination will be needed .
