Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir ,
Thank you for writing to HCM.
This is Dr. Riyanka Chail answering your query.
I have read your problems and will try my best to help you out.
Going by your age it is essential to rule out any cardiovascular problems therefore, kindly visit a cardiologist for the given symptoms as the below stated investigations may be useful:
1. A Normal ECG and Holter ECG (to know the electrical events in the heart).
2. Echocardiography (to know the mechanical events in the heart).
3. Lipid profile
Over the counter medications like omeprazole 20 mg half an hour before breakfast daily one tablet for 4 weeks has shown beneficial effects in lowering stomach acidity which will relive the trapped gas sensation in the chest.
Since your BP was found to be 180/79 mmHg previously, a regular monitoring of your BP on three different timings of the day in lying down posture after 5 minutes of rest will help in diagnosing hypertension. You may be put on antihypertensive medications if required.
Kindly continue with regular chiropractic exercise since it relieves your pain.
Panadine fort contains Paracetamol and Codiene which is used as a pain killer.
Hope this answers your query.
Please do write back for any more doubts.
Regards,
Dr. Riyanka

Acid reflux is most likely
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
Your problems might most possibly be due to trapped gas in the stomach feeling because of acid reflux. This is common in the elderly.
Another possibility might be due to the variation in your blood pressure. This might also affect the heart rhythm..
The cervical spine is unlikely to cause your symptoms.
Please consult your doctor tomorrow for required investigations.
Wishing you good health.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
