Suggest Treatment For Arrhythmia

Mostyl XXXXXXX arrythmia
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It seems that you have intermittent bradyarrythmia, which an occur due to sinus node dysfunction. Bradycardia (slow hear beat<60 bpm -in your case 50 bpm)may be associated with fatigue and weakness. You are also having intermittent sinus pauses and /or sinus arrest with no atrial or ventricular activity and getting reverted to normal sinus rhythm of heart on its own or at times on coughing or whacking on the chest(equivalent to thumb version).
SA node dysfunction increases with advanced age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus.
You need to undergo Holter monitoring (24 hours ECG recording)and subsequently permanent pacemaker implantation(PPI).

OK, can there be any causes other than my medical condition? I'm very active, work out and my job is physically demanding.
Need to rule out cardiac arrythmia
Detailed Answer:
I have answered your query. It can be caused by your medical conditions like hypertension, diabetes and advanced age.
Holter monitoring is done by Cardiologist. Before that a 12 lead ECG with long lead II for 1 minute recording may give clue for nature of rhythm irregularity you are experiencing.
