Question: Ia have ashy dermatosis all over my back , is there something I can take or use
my Dr. is put me back on dapsone, I will get to see again him again in 6 wks

With adjuvant to it topical steroids may help.
Ultra violet B PHOTOTHERAPY is also used in some patients.
But its seen that this topical treatment doesn't provide much more relief.
Continue with dapsone, its a effective drug.
Clofazimine is one of the best drug many patients have shown improvement with it.
I think for now you should continue with dapsone.
And when you meet your treating doctor next time you can discuss above modalities with him.
Your treating doctor will be knowing dose of it.
