He is sufferring from Bronchial Asthma
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting in Health care magic.
The symptoms described by you exactly matches with bronchial asthma which is very frequent in small children these days particular who have a family history of allergy asthma etc.
Asthma is not curable, but they are treatable which can be kept under control. with increasing age by 10-12 years age it goes away spontaneously in 80% patients. Thus the best thing you can do is first to accept that the child has asthma and needs inhaler for 3-6 months long. Start using the inhaler.
Budecort inhaler 100 one puff twice daily through spacer and mask should be continued. What inhaler was prescribed to him. If there is increase in symptoms during the period, I will suggest the user of Syrup levolin 3.5 ml thrice daily for 5 days.
Thanks.

use budecort
Detailed Answer:
I prefer to use budecort nebulizer as its milder and appropriate. The lupin transpacer and mask are good. Discuss with your treating doctor.
