Brief Answer:
Topical or oral steroids are the remedy

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

The primary treatment of atopic dermatitis is application of steroids, whether topically or to be taken orally but it is very hard to cure atopic dermatitis.

The UK weather may in fact make the condition worse since it is likely to be colder in the UK, but frankly speaking, it is hard to predict whether the UK climate will suit him.

Hope that helps.

But how to stop the continuous cough

Brief Answer:
Monteleukast + levocetirizine can prevent the continuous cough

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

I would suggest you to give him Montair LC Kid tablet (monteleukast + levocetirizine) once a day, on regular basis till he is fine. I think that will take care of his cough. Also give him steam inhalation on regular basis.

Hope that helps.

Brief Answer:
No vaccines. Omega 3 will not control this condition

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

There are no vaccines that can help in reducing allergic cough. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential and present in sea fish. It can be given but I do not think that it would have a role to play in this regard.
