Brief Answer:
Surgical modalities available

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health Care Magic.

I have gone through the attached reports. Let me remark that surgical options for closure of the ASD as well as surgical reconstruction of the pulmonary artery stenosis are available. But these procedures are undertaken only of there is sufficient clinical justification for the same. Besides, such a presentation is often related to certain syndromes and needs to be evaluated.

You would have to get in touch with a suitable centre for cardiovascular surgery where such a procedure may be undertaken.

Hope that helps.
