You seem to be suffering from atrophic vaginitis which can cause symptoms of dryness, burning and itching with accompanied swelling. it is suggested that you visit your physician and undergo a per speculum examination for high vaginal swab for culture to rule out other causes of infection if present , but if infections are ruled out then you may opt for oestrogen vaginal cream for twice a week application for 3 months and you shall be benefitted as it would cure atrophic vaginitis completely.
