Brief Answer:
Possibility of ADHD to be evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Hyperactivity in children may be normally present but has to be evaluated if associated with attention deficit, memory or speech problems and impulsive behavior.
Possibility of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) should be considered in such situation and consultation with a child psychiatrist should be done.
Lymph node may be pathological if the size is more than 1 cm or multiple or changes over skin.
For this also you need to consult a pediatrician who can examine other sites of lymph nodes and investigate if required.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
