age is 33, general fitness and health is good as dont have any other health complaints,i n right leg it is grade 3 and in left leg it is grade 2,no other causes like osteomyelitis and tumor, having mild pain in both of my hips and right knee at present but can walk properly and even riding bike.

Thanks for reverting back and following is/are necessary guidelines:
i. In stage 2 surgery is possible, no need of hip replacement
ii. In stage 3 ;choice of surgery or hip replacement will depend upon the further substage [3a,3b,3c] depending upon the crescent sign,so consultation with a Orthopedic Surgeon is highly recommended, since thereafter preventive surgery is of no help
iii. In Ayurveda I/we usually manage patient(s) on the line of Asthi majja gat vaat vyadhi [musculo skeletal disorder] through
. Snehana [oleation]: external [abhyanga/massage]; internal [oral/rectal route]
. Tikta Kshira Basti [medicated enema]: same affinity as of Asthi [bone] in kalabasti schedule [total 16 basti]
. XXXXXXX & pachana [carminative/digestive] herbs to increase digestive power [jatharagni] and to digest Ama [state in which metabolism is hampered]

i reside at XXXXXXX so coming to your clinic is not possoble for me.please prescribe some medicine which can delay the surgery tenure. some ayurvedic doctor has suggested me ashwagandharisht and XXXXXXX pishthi and banslochan.please suggest.you have told that surgery is possible and there is no need of hip replacement so please share the details of surgery about which you are talking.

Since travelling is not possible thus prophylactic aspect is given below:

A
1. Hingvastaka churana: 1 gm thrice daily [with first bite of meal]
2. Kaishor guggulu: 1 tablet thrice daily
3. Guggultikta ghrita: 20 ml twice daily with milk [before meals]
4. Capsule Orgcal 1 twice daily [all the above said three medicine are easily available in market but not Orgcal] so if interested I can send you the medicine since results are very encouraging and effective

B. As said earlier treatment and management will depend upon severity & stage of AVN and even if you choose non-surgical or surgical treatment, your attending doctor will be in the best position, so remain under his regular supervision, and after talking with my fellow shalya [surgery] companion(s) they recommended: core decompression, osteotomy, bone grafting [you can discuss in detail with your surgeon]
