Thanks for posting a query for HCM.

Total hip replacement is the best option for treating avascular necrosis of the hip.
It is better you get it done at the earliest possible. Gastritis is because of the medicines. Have TAB. RABEKIND 1 tablet before meal 2 times daily for 5 days.

Thank you Doc,

I had undergone with the pre-surgical tests for the operation. Doctors suggested me to stop Deplat A 150 5 days prior to the surgery as it contains Aspirin and can cause complications during the procedure.

I consulted Neurologist in there to know any risk around this stop of the drug. He replied that there are very minor chances of getting stroke or blood clot again. So I am really scared and not able to prepare myself for the operation.

Please help me in here

Do not worry much.
As AVN is debilitating your daily life it is very essential for the surgery to be done. At least now you have a option of surgery. But if AVN progress further even the surgery can not be done. Do not panic much stopping medicines for few days will no be much complicated. Go ahead and prepare your self for the surgery.
