Brief Answer:
Azoospermia is treatable.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
Your concern is understandable. Definitely, there's hope of fertility in azoospermic
males. As an Urologist, let me mention, that if your hormone profile, like FSH, LH, PRL, testosterone, are all normal, you're capable of fertility after doing a testicular biopsy.
Artificial reproductive techniques(ART), is feasible, if testicular biopsy shows mature sperms forming in the testis. If there's azoospermia due to block in the tubes transporting the sperms from testis to the semen, it can be treated by a surgery to clear the block.
Hope your doubt is cleared. Feel free to contact me anytime.
Wishing you well.
