Brief Answer:
Read detail answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have done your semen analysis and detected to have Azoospermia .

At the out set I would state that there are two reasons for absence of sperms in semen
1) Absence of spermatogenesis meaning there by that the testis are not producing Sperms at all or
2) There is a blockage in the path of transmission of the sperms from testicles to Urethra.(In majority of cases it is due to blockage of Vas difference)

Azoospermia is unlikely to be due to presence of infection of testis alone .There are many reasons for sperms being not produced and main primary factor is the growth of the testis itself which is controlled by hormones secreted by pituitary gland in brain.

First and foremost important investigation is to get Biopsy of the testis done to confirm whether there is production of sperms or not .If it detects that there is no spermatogenesis any sort of further treatment is a futile exercise.

If have positive evidence of infection confirmed by doing semen culture You have to take antibiotics for a period of 4 weeks

As regards taking Clomid since one year .With my experience of 40 years I can say that it is not going to help you to initiate spermatogenesis. Taking Clomid will not affect result of semen analysis as feared by you.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
