Suggest Treatment For Back And Joint Pain

default
Posted on Mon, 7 Apr 2014
Question: I have chronic back pain for the past three years and severe pain in many of my joints - shoulder, elbows, hips. Is it possible to treat my condition? Spine specialists are unable to see what is wrong in my back as the MRI is normal. And rheumatologists are ruling out arthritis. My back pain developed because of two wheeler riding.

Brief Answer: Muscular pain Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Based on the description you provided about your problem, I suspect it to be due to muscle sprain rather than joint disease. Application of Diclofenac gel for pain and regular exercise would surely help you to get rid of the problem without any side effects. Do avoid bike riding as it is one of the common cause for such pains. Wish you good health. regards,
