Hi doctor. I do not have many partners , the sex has been protected at all times and I was tested for stds (especially chlymadia and gohnareah ) came back negative . My doctor examined my prostate when I first went to him and he said it was inflamed so he put me on cipro for a month . I had a hydrocile surgery 11 years ago and the pAin is in that testical . When I pull in my buttox I feel pain in the area between my butt and my scrotum .

Brief Answer:
Could be nerve compression or testicular torsion

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the answers.I have gone through them. There could be two possibilities. First, nerve compression and second, testicular torsion. An appointment with a urologist would be best as you already did. An ultrasound of scrotum will help to rule out testicular torsion. Sometimes if there is trauma to testis or nerve compression then it results in pain which occurs in the area supplied by particular nerve(in your case back pain and in testis). Till the time you get workup by urologist, following will help you :

- naproxen thrice a day for 5 days. It will help reducing the pain.
- Take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it at the site of pain. It will give soothing effect as well.
- wear loose garments

If pain becomes very severe and you are unable to do any activity then in that case you need to visit ER immediately. It would suggest irreversible testicular torsion which needs urgent surgical care. If pain remains settled then you can wait for the appointment.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
