Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Along With Burning Sensation Around The Hips

?? Meralgia paresthetica; but requires diagnosis and treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The first thing that is quite clear is that you are experiencing some nerve damage, compression from swelling or surrounding structures, trauma, etc. But based on the location and burning sensation, I too have ruled out sciatica and am suspecting a condition called meralgia parenthetic.
Diagnosing this condition includes a physical examination, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound to check on any possible compression caused from surrounding structures, x-ray of the hip and thigh region, and possibly even a CT scan of the region. Once the diagnosis is confirmed treatment options include:
+Getting rid of the source (i.e. compression, trauma, etc.)
+Loose clothing
+Weight loss
+Steroid injections to the region that helps reduce inflammation
+In severe cases surgery may be required
I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.

Of course ma'am.
Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.
I only suspect meralgia paresthetica, but it is the closest diagnosis to your current presentation. It is condition characterised by tingling, numbness and/or burning pain around your hip to thigh region. It occurs due to compression to the nerve that supplies these regions. The compression can come from:
+Injury to the region that has caused swelling
+Bone spurs that can compress the nerve
+Obesity that can cause the fat tissue to compress the nerve
+Scar tissue from some injury
+Pregnancy
+Wearing tight clothes, corsets, etc.
+Previous surgery
As mentioned ma'am, this is my current suspicion and is closest to your provided description. I would still choose to rule out sciatica, but sciatica has a slightly different presentation with constant (though mild) pain around the lower back, through the back side of the thigh till the back side of the knee. So it would be wise to rule out both conditions (i.e. sciatica and meralgia paresthetica)
I hope I have explained things in a manner best understood by you ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further assistance, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
