Brief Answer:
You will need evaluation...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From what I understand you have a severe grade pain that seems to be influenced by food intake. Further increased frequency of urination (7-8 times) in a day is also not normal. It needs to be investigated.
If you haven't been to a doctor yet, I will recommend it. A good physical examination and battery of tests will help us isolate the cause.
Until we have the cause identified I will advice you to avoid spicy food, keep your meal timings regular, sleep adequately, use proton pump inhibitor drugs like rabeprazole 40mg once a day for 2 weeks and drink plenty of water.
I will be available to discuss further after we have the cause found.
Regards
