Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Sleeping Difficulty
My next fear is related to the kidneys. Could it be an infection? It is now 8:25 am and the back pain is virtually gone. The only difference I have been doing for about a week is a lemon detox drink first thing in the morning. I have done detoxs in the past, with similar pain in the same region and frequent urination, but that drink is consumed at 7 am. Could a 7 am detox drink cause an effect 15 hours later? And I have been doing the lemon drink (fresh squeezed lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, cayenne, ginger and green tea) for almost two weeks. Last night's events are the first out of the ordinary in that period. Any thoughts?
Hi and thanks for responding. I am 64. and this is the first time I have had pain in this area. If I do get back pain, it is usually in the L4 and L5 area shortly after arising. However, a few minutes of walking around and the pain is completely gone. I believe it is related to sleeping position. Also, many months ago, I used to get up 3 to 4 times per night to urinate. Now, until last night, it is 1 or two times.
It's not prostate cancer or lemon detox.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an urologist, I can understand your concern.
You should write your age and if this's your first such episode.
Your PSA reports have been normal so far. Anyway, you should see an urologist and get examined.
Also do the following tests:
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine, creatinine, RBS,LFT,and platelets.
3. ultrasound scan of KUB,with residual urine and a TRUS(trans-rectal scan).
After seeing these reports, an expert opinion and treatment can be advised.
You may send a copy of these reports here, for an expert opinion.
You can take a pain killer tablet for relief.
Wish you well.
