Suggest Treatment For Back Pain, Facial Numbness And Neuritis

Question: Wondering if i could speak to someone about possible ms. I dont want my hubby to think im nuts, and if someone could rule it out or at least calm me, would be great. Im a 36 yo female. But symptoms began as many as 12 yrs ago. Seem to be coming to a head now though and im worried.
Brief Answer:
Can you describe symptoms?
Detailed Answer:
Dear
I am sorry for symptoms you may have suffered
12 years is a long time; so if you were suffering MS probably now should have major neurological deficits so MS is unlikely
I would be glad to explain if you provide me with the symptoms you have experienced during these years
Stay healthy
Wish you all the best

Been terrible last 2 wks. Back pain (surg for endo and bladder no rel), numb ting. in hands, wrists, sciatica like pain, PLMD 2 wks, sleep dep., iso. inc. of facial numbness. Besides back pain and neuritis, these other symptoms are fairly new, but feels they are all becoming worse. Never thought about being related. GP want me tested for carpal tunnel. Read that was often misdiagnosed in pre-diag. MS patients. Fatigue, pain and recent sleep dep. have me depressed and feeling insane. CBC and thyroid normal. Ropes end. Cant function like this much longer.
Brief Answer:
Differential diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Dear
I understand your consern
First of all fatigue isn't related absolutely to MS
Second if your have confirmed optic neuritis, please send MR report or images
Pain isn't related to MS and that is the only sure fact that we have
Dear there are examination and test which can be done and rule out MS, so you don't have to stay with this fear all the time
Please send me the examination you have done till now and I will gladly explain you them
I am more interested in radiological examination you may have done (like brain or spinal MR)
Except optic neuritis other symptoms don't lead to MS
Anyway I can reccomend the right examination to exclude MS ( Brain MR, PEV, or oligoclonal bands )
Hope I have clarified your doubts
Regards
