                                            Question : I am suffering from back pain , at the portion just below my neck which is due to working continuously on laptop

Your back pain is due to your sitting position and working for long time in the same position.So every half an hour get up from your desk and go for a walk while working. Avoid 2 wheeler vehicle( bike)long ride /travel.
