Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic. I have gone through the details and am sorry that your daughter is sick.

CRP of 24.3 is high and goes with the possibility of a bacterial infection. Advent forte contains amoxicillin with clavulinic acid and is an effective antibiotic. But such medicines can cause some degree of gastritis which could be a possible cause of the abdominal pain.

You need to continue the medicines as prescribed and for the full course even if the fever is not there. Giving some acid lowering agent like Lanzol Junior one dispersible tablet once a day in empty stomach should be helpful. If the pain still persists, try giving Syrup Mucaine Gel 2 teaspoonful when the pain occurs. Also give plenty of curd.

The ear pain could be due to a cold which is not unusual in this season. I would consider it independant of the other infection she is suffering from. Often, during a cold, the internal connection between our throat and ear gets blocked thereby creating pressure imbalance in the middle compartment of our ear. This might be the possible cause of the ear ache. Taking steam inhalation should help in opening up the channel and will help in normalising the situation. But if the pain still persists, talk to your doctor about it and get it examined.

With proper treatment the infection should soon be in control. Wish you and your family health.

Regards
