Suggest Treatment For Balanoposthitis

Question: My doc suggested tenovate gn twice daily. Most of the time i applied once at night only. My penise color has been changed due to fungal infection and excessive masterbation. After prescription i continiously used 3 days then stopped for 2 days as due to masterbate it scratched slightly beside the upper part of my penise.
Then after 2 days i started to use continiously 10/12 days. The color of my penise has appeared but some black spot i could see on the area rounding of my penise. Should i still continue or need to stopp the medicie tenovate gn?

Dear

Treatment of Balanoposthitis requires local application of combination of antifungal like Clotrimazole and steroid. The application needs to be continued for twice a day application for 3 weeks.

My question is right now if i use the tenovate gn then i feel discomfort. So should i still need to use it continuously as i have used it near 16/18 days only or i need to stop? because i did not cover 21 days still now.
