Brief Answer:
Alopecia areata

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar, dermatologist.

I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

She probably has alopecia areata. It usually presents as a single or multiple non inflammatory bald patch(es) on scalp. Onset is sudden.

I would suggest that you use a potent topical steroid lotion for this patch e.g topsor lotion (clobetasol propionate 0.05% lotion) once daily for 3-4 weeks.

Regards
