Question: I had sex with a girl with a condom on. at one point we had to switch locations, i put my penis back in my underwear with the condom on.....finished having sex then put my penis back in my boxers. later on the next day i realized her vaginal juices had gotten all over my boxers from the condom and then my penis was touching it, its been 12 days I have a sore penis and red bumps, tho they arent sores just small bumps. i thought herpes was only skin to skin?

Thanks for query based on the facts that you have posted small bumps on glans penis that you developed after protected sex may be due to allergic reaction to vaginal secretions of your girl friend .Herpes infection always presents with multiple fluid filled vesicles with lot of itching over the glans penis .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
