Question : Sir,
I am 46 years now. Yesterday I had urinated on bed while sleeping. I don't remember of any bad dream. I am shocked, why this happened to me, why I don't get wake up during this ? pls advise!!

Bedwetting at night, called nocturnal enuresis that has happened for the first time is not worrisome.
Stress and anxiety can be the factors, while occasionally there may be a urinary tract infection. It is not necessary to be associated with a bad dream. Just wait and self monitor yourself for any recurrence or urinary frquency or burning in which case proper investigations are needed to find out the cause.
Avoid having too much fluids for 2 hours before going to bed and caffeine.
