Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Eye Pain With Headaches
It is unlikely to be Myasthenia.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.
I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having eye pain with headache, vertical gaze problem.
In Myasthenia you will have weakness of muscles which varies and weakness increases on fatigue of the muscles after using them. Hence if you look up in upgaze, initially you can do it but later on sustained action the muscle will not be able to do it.
Since you are able to hold up gaze for long time Myasthenia is unlikely in your case.
I would like to rule out migraine first and then consider neurological causes as you are thinking.
Hence I advice you to consult neurologist for examination and if required investigations like CT scan.
Do get back to me with the examination results.
Hope the information is helpful to you.
Thank you
