Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder
Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.
Treatment of bipolar mania consists of three drug classes all together:
Benzodiazepine -- like clonazepam or lorazepam
Mood stabilizer -- like lithium, valproate, or lamotrigine
Neuroleptic -- like Geodon, risperidone, or olanzapine
It looks like she is not on all three drug classes, or the medications she is are not effective. She should be on all three, and if not effective (like lamotrigine) switch to a different drug in that class per my suggestions above.

Increasing Geodon may indeed help. This would be the first thing I would do!
