Brief Answer:
May not be cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The testicle sack color can be varied because of the odd distribution of the melanocytes, the cells responsible for color of the area.

Hence slight change in the color of the scrotal sac should not worry you. This is the age where the skin over the scrotum is more loose, thin and involuted as the testosterone hormone is at its peak production. So just do what the local doctor said about the dry skin. Do not expect a color change with the cream that you use. It might be just a regular moisturizer which does not harm.

A definite no worry about cancer forming in your brain.

Hope this allays your concerns.
