Hi

Dear Sir
Small black lump is likely to be retention cyst or small sebaceous cyst. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. It would be very helpful if you could provide me clinical photograph and also following additional information
1. When did you first notice the lump?
2. Is there associated itching?
3. Has it grown in size since first when you noticed?
Awaiting your response
Take Care

Thank you for your response Doctor.
I noticed it a while ago ( More than a year ) but never actually took a step for seeing a doctor.
2- There is no itching at all .
3- same size since I have noticed it.
Unfortunately, I do not have any clinical photograph .
Do you recommend seeing a doctor ? If it is sebaceous cyst, can it be removed without any surgery or something ?
Thank You,
Best Regards.

Brief Answer:
Likely to be fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
Thanks for providing clinical photograph. Apologies for late reply as was busy in OR.
From the photograph it appears to be fungal infection. I would suggest local application of combination of steroid and antifungal ointment twice a day for three weeks.
Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.
