Suggest Treatment For Bleeding After The Second IUI Treatment
Question: Hi doctor i had laproscopy on 1st nov 2014 after that doctor suggested me fr iui in XXXXXXX which was result to chemical pregency . 2nd iui was failed then bleeding was light . Niw this month april we tried naturally n i got my period a3days late but as it my furst day bleeding is not good .

ill explain u my history in points
1. We got married3yrs back n started our family planning from last year july 14. In sept i felt m pregent got brown dischrge n then got periods after 2days delay.
2. Then we visited doctor in oct on 2nd day of my period then she prescribed me some bkood test which is lh n fsh insulin n ultrasound. All blood test was normal n in ultrasound its was polyp.
3. On 1st nov 2014 had laproscopy n hestriscopy n removed my polyp n cyst.
4.On 4th dec got my periods with normal flow n we tried naturally but again pregency got failed.
5. Then we visted doctor she said me that will go fr follicular studiez n then from day 7 she started hmg injection n my follicles was 23mm she gave me hcg shot after 3days she did iui n said have sex for next 2days.
6. Then i got pregant in feb with hcg 149 again she gave me hcg shot n said repeat the test after 3days it waz 249 .again we reapated it was 89 she said it was chemical pregency n then got my periods in this flow was less .
6. Again in month of march she suggest us to go fr iui in this iui my follicles size was 19mm n she did iui. But unforuntely me n my huby was not able to have sex so iui got failed.
7.then we decided we will try naturally n again becz of busy we had sex only twice five dats before my ovalutio n then i got my periods on 29april 3days late .my cycle is 30 days n 5 days lenght.
Right now m in metital ovifert n hermin XXXXXXX
Now as u said my periods will be irrugular fir 3 -6 months so us there any chance to get pregent n how to detect my ovalutation

I advise you to get serial ultrasound abdomen from Day 11 to look for follicle size and serum progesterone to detect ovulation on Day 12-16.
Continue with your present medication and wait for 3 months.
In Vitro fertilization/IVF is much preferable and safest than IUI.
IVF is a procedure in which ovum is retrieved and sperms from your husband are fertilised in test tube and again re implanted into your uterus.This procedure has good success rates.
So try naturally for 3 months and go for IVF by discussing with your doctor.
