Suggest Treatment For Bleeding From Bladder When On Xarelto

Question: I am on xarelto and having bleeding from my bladder into my foley catheter. I don't like it , seeing how xarelto can cause bleeding and perhaps thin the blood too much. Since being on xarelto I have been having weird results, like a numb skull and some facial numbness and a bright red/bluish nose , very warm. At emerge they are setting me up for a cystography? of my bladder with consultation with urologist following. Last night 1 nostril blocked and the effect on my nose, 3 hrs. after taking xarelto. I had some Benadryl and took one and my nostil opened up and my nose became normal. Haven't seen any info on major complications with the bendryl, but am quite concerned if there may be. We live in the country on PEI, Canada and the storm has EVERYTHING closed down. I would appreciate some guidance.
