Suggest Treatment For Bleeding From The Penis
Question: I have bleeding from my penis. It is bright red. it comes and goes. I am looking for VA to do a sex change and they will only do this if there is a medical necessary. i was told it could turn into cancer. Should this be a medical reason?

Is this bleeding in urine or thorugh the urinary aperture or from the surface of penis? Either way it should be investigated fully to rule out cancer. If it is from the urine we need to ultrasound of bladder and kidneys followed by cystoscopy if required. If from surface of penis, we need a clinical examination with biopsy.
In my opinion you should see an urologist for this.
However, this cannot be a medical reason for sex change because treatment will be according to the diagnosis, cancer or not cancer.

+The blood is from the penis, it is broken which always gave me trouble with sex. The pain is half way up the penis and the blood is a bright red. The blood is not mixed with the urine it is fresh blood
