Question: My 95 year old mother has a small cut on her bottom eyelid! It was bleeding, but has now stopped! What should I do?

Thanks for choosing HCM!
Use tobramycin eye ointment twice daily.
Apart from that anti inflammatory and broad spectrum antibiotic should be given to prevent infection,
Tab Cefixime 200mg twice daily (Antibiotic)
Tab Diclofenac 50mg twice daily (Anti inflammatory)
Tab Celin (vitamin c ) once daily wound healer.
should be given for 3 days.
Discuss the options with your opthalmologist.
