Brief Answer:
It will take nearly 2 weeks to heal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
It is natural to have pain and bleeding per rectum after fissure surgery .
I would like to know the procedure done for you . whether Anal dilatation was done or not?Fissurectomy or Lateral sphincterectomy are the procedures done routinely. Lateral sphincterectomy gives good results.
It will take nearly 2 weeks for the pain and bleeding to subside.
You should take high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids. You should eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Stools should be soft.If you follow these, healing will be faster.
Nothing to worry.
Please take stool softener solution like Lactulose or Sodium picosulphate 10 to 15ml at bed time.
It will come down.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
