Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Slit On The Tongue

Question: I seemed to have a cut or slit on my tongue It has been bleeding for about an hour. Not excessively. will it self heal?

Hi sir,
I have gone through your query and your image of tongue; it suggests that it will self heal. No need to so much worry.
I personally advised to go for hexidine mouth gargles just before and after meal for atleast five days.

I also advised tet vac injection intramuscular 0.5mg state.
