Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Wound On The Middle Finger

Question: hii sir.
This is with regard to a wound in the middle finger of my left hand. i dont exactly remember how this would started initially, may be a scratch or something. But its been almost one year and it has not yet healed properly. initially blood used to come out, which was followed by thick black colonies of scale on top of it. there is slight itching and i constantly keep touching the wound. may be that could a reason which has led to non healing of it. i have attached the image of the wound. please suggest how the healing can be quick or how to proceed in this case.

It looks like healed wound.
Don't scratch the wound, because it can lead to infection from base of wound.
Apply betadine moisturiser regularly for 1 week.
