Question: These are pics from a 51 yeat old man who has worked in the sunshine as a landscaper for 20+ years. Should he be worried? The pic of the arm is to show the blister-like wounds he has developed on his lower arms and the back of his neck.

Brief Answer:
All the photographs seem to be fine, no need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed all the attached photographs and they seem to be fine.
In the picture of the face on the front of the ear I can see seborrhoeic keratoses which is a benign lesion of the skin.
On the arms I can appreciate some red bumps which seem to be related to sunexposure.
I would recommend him to use a sunscreen during the day time on the entire exposed areas at intervals of 3-4 hours.
The nail also looks ok. I can see hyperpigmented dark lines on the nails which is normal in some individuals.
I hope to have answered your queries and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
