Brief Answer:
Please send a picture for better advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
How did it get cut? By what metal or material? Did you get an injection of TT?
It would be better if you could send a picture of the blister.
Part of the reason could be Peroxide which dessicates the wound and Neosporin which macerates it. All you need is to keep it clean with soap and water and it should heal by keeping it under cover of a bandaid changed everyday. At XXXXXXX you can apply Betadine ointment if infection is a possibility or issue. That you would know by the presence of pain, swelling and redness in surrounding area.
If any or all these things are there specially fever then you would require a course of oral antibiotics.
If this happens recurrently then you will need to get investigated for immunity issues. That can be best adviced by your GP or Physician.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
It looks alright. Drain the blister.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I saw the picture. It does not look that bad.
I suggest you puncture the blister with a sterile needle and let the fluid come out. apply betadine ointment and a small dressing. There does not seem to be any infection.
Just avoid Peroxide and you should be fine.
Take care and do not worry at all.
