it might be B wax related
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the the skin in the perineal and anal area is very sensitive. So it might have got injured and infected due to Bwax as the symptoms appeared after the B wax application. It might occur when hot wax is applied .
Sometimes popping of ingrown hair occurs in waxing leading to infection.
Activation of herpes infection is a possibility in case of past history with herpes.
Wash the area with betadine solution and apply mupirocin ointment.Mupirocin is topical antiboitic.Take ibuprofen for pain and cetrizine tablet to decrease itching.Avoid scratching.By these methods it will subside in 2 or 3 days.
Consult doctor if following happen:-
1)If doesn't subside or bumps size increase.
Consult doctor immediately if you have an history of diabetes .In both the above cases you might need oral antibiotics.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
