Brief Answer:
A second degree burn (scald)
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
It is a blister which usually develops in a second degree burn, a 'scald' in this case.
The blister would ultimately either settle or peel off in next few days and she might notice a black mark i.e pigmentation in its place. She may start appling a topical antiinflammatory and antibiotic combination cream e.g momate - f cream, twice daily and continue it for 7-10 days.
