Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I had gone through your query and evaluated carefully the pictures you have sent.

The lesions presents in your groin area and thighs are not due to an infection. They are not related to STD or other infections (bacterial, fungal).

Considering some features like the clinical presentation ,the duration of the symptoms ,I would think of a skin disease and most likely Pemphigus ,which is an autoimmune disease.
I will try to explain my suspicion :
-The blisters are flaccid (they are not tense)
-The fluid inside blisters look turbid
-The skin around blisters look normal, not too inflamed
-These lesions are painful but do not itch.
The blisters heal by leaving hypepigmentation .
Common locations of these lesions are areas where friction is high like groin, genitalia ,axilla.
-Usually a positive family history is present and patients may not have symptoms until ages 30-50 years.
All these factors are suggestive for a pemphigus.

There are some factors that can trigger the onset of symptoms like hormonal imbalance, pregnancy ,stress, some medications.

I would suggest to consult a dermatologist for examination and diagnosis.

Hope this helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena Murati
