Question: I have blisters, sores that have recently (Last 3 months) started appearing in my groin/pubic area.

Please reconsider the genital herpes. We just had a baby 8 months ago and we're screened prior; in a loving/healthy relationship.
I do have a family history of auto immune disorders.

However there's need for a Dermatologist evaluation and a skin or blister biopsy in order to properly diagnose your condition and treat you right.
