Brief Answer:
dietary modifications and medications

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

To prevent your symptoms, firstly you must eat on the same time everyday. Secondly, you must consume home made, non-spicy food with more vegetable salads and fruits.

Thirdly, drink plenty of water throughout the day. Then, avoid eating junk and bakery foods.

Lastly, you can take medications like proton pump inhibitors for some time. I usually prescribe my patients Capsule Pantodac DSR once daily early in the morning, on empty stomach for a minimum of 3 weeks to control the symptoms.

You can take this too. Ask your doctor for a prescription for the same.

Get well soon.
