Question: I am a 42 year old female. The last few weeks I been very blotted, passing a lot of gas, and having an upset stomach as well as experiencing loose stools. I figured is must be a bug that I haven't gotten over and then early this morning I had pain in my back on the left side right under my rib cage. I had trouble sleeping, was unable to sleep on my left side at all. Pain isn't constant and really only feel it now and again or when I lay down or raise my left arm over my head and stretch.

Brief Answer:
Pancreas / cholecyst issues to rule out

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

1. You are reporting that you have already shifted to another place. Lifting your things and changes to diet might be causing such pain.

2. Weather changes can be another cause.

3. However, I advise to run further diagnostic tests to rule out pancreas, and cholecyst issues.

For the moment, I advise to :
- eat often and small portions
- take OTC pain killers
- increase water intake

Until you see your doctor.
All the best!
