Suggest Treatment For Bloating, Migraines, Abdominal Pain And Spasms
Question: Hi doctor,
I suffer from anxiety, take many pain killers for my migraine. Always had colon spasm episodes every 3 months or so and they eventually disppear...
Now my stomach is always bloated, feel so much gases trapped inside and starting yesterday im suffering from upper middle abdominal pain and stomach discomfort...
A sip of water discomforts the area.
I dont have heartburn or acid reflux and dont have pain around my back or chest or kidneys. Made a sonar
Results were normal on kidneys, gallblader, prostate, spleen
Only some fats on liver and gases around the pancreas.
Please help, what could this be and whatever it is could it be dangerous ?
How could it be cured?

Aside from the abdominal pain and h pylori.
Im asking about the mild enlarged liver-fatty liver.
I got tested for virus a,b,c, hiv and diabeties ,cholestrol, cancers, liver function and kidney
Results were all normal and negative.
Note: i dont drink alchohol.
Question: what could cause the mildly enlarged faty liver if all above were ruled out?
And what are their treatment?
Thank you
