Thank you but l don't eat spicy food nor do l suffer from reflux. This is not just a little bloated this is looking 7 or 8 months pregnant on a normally thin person. l walk several miles a day every day as l am on a farm and it goes with the territory. My pain is exactly at the kidney area on either side of my spine just above the hips. Also my urine is extremely dark and not just in the morning but all day long. l am in no doubt it is a kidney problem not food or allergy related but seems l may have to arrange someone to take me to an actual doctor. This is not easy as l live many miles from my nearest GP.
Thank you XXXX

Brief Answer:
then we need to evaluate for all your symptoms .
Detailed Answer:
Considering your age we cant avoid all your symptoms ,its better we evaluate with few blood and ultrasound scan.
Better you consult your GP as early as possible for further management .
Because we cant blindly neglect your symptoms even if they are age related.
thank you
